Responsibilities Attract and retain great people; know everyone's capabilities and aspirations, invest in the growth of others Analyze requirements and learning gaps and develop a leadership development program, curricula, and content across the continuum of people managers (first time managers, mid-level managers, leaders of leaders) Coach to team objectives and impactful outcomes; enable success across boundaries; and help the team adapt and evolve Embody Taher's values, do the right thing, be kind-hearted, deliver performance and be remarkable Demonstrate an ability to influence change and initiate actions that have strategic impact and drive a high-performance culture Key Duties Recruit top talent in the field Train and develop those hires to execute to Taher's brand standards Career Path the teams under their area of influence to ensure those who want to be more have a pathway forward Model best-in-class leadership, program management, and organizational skills to evolve learning programs to meet future needs Build partnerships, apply creative resource management, drive continuous measurement and learner feedback processes to improve and advance the learner experience. Requirements:
5 years food service leadership experience required, contract food service preferred Bachelor's degree with a focus in instructional design, educational technology, organization design, talent management, organizational psychology, human resources or related discipline, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree. Strong organizational and leadership skills and the ability to work in agile and iterative way in a fast-paced and collaborative environment Demonstrated ability to think conceptually, develop strategies and drive execution to achieve quantifiable outcomes Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to flex to various audiences Ability to partner with and influence all levels of management and employees Self-starter with strong analytical, project management and change management skills Skilled at prioritizing and working under time constraints, handling multiple tasks, and working independently while remaining flexible to changing priorities and assignments. Passion for a "roll up your sleeves" and design/contribute environment while managing through ambiguity Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel Strong interpersonal skills; lead by example; enjoy working with others in a collaborative, social environment; effective at building and maintaining strong relationships EOE/AA Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands Travel throughout the southern region required Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment.
