In this role, you will lead efforts to attract, engage, and onboard qualified healthcare professionals and community members to support our home health services. Your energetic approach will help build a diverse, skilled workforce that is passionate about improving lives through compassionate care. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing your skills in recruitment, community outreach, and program development. Duties Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract candidates from diverse backgrounds, including underserved communities. Screen applicants thoroughly, ensuring they meet required qualifications such as CPR certification. Collect data on recruitment activities, analyze trends, and prepare reports to improve outreach effectiveness. Manage client communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and fostering ongoing engagement. Skills Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently. Expertise in program development, project management, and community outreach initiatives. Ability to collect and interpret data effectively for continuous improvement. Excellent organizational skills combined with strong writing abilities for reports and outreach materials..
