What Your Day Looks Like:

The Human Resources department serves as a resource for the organization as we seek to find the best talent for our organization. This includes sourcing candidates through online platforms, career expos, and community events. As a Recruiter in Human Resources, you will be: Overseeing applicant flow to ensure candidates are reviewed, contacted, and advanced quickly. Designing fast, frictionless hiring journeys that keep candidates engaged and excited about joining the organization. Optimizing candidate platforms to ensure clean data, fast movement, and high manager satisfaction. Collaborating with onboarding teams to ensure new hires feel supported from day one. Presenting weekly recruitment dashboards to leadership with actionable insights and recommendations. Highlighting wins, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve hiring velocity and candidate quality. Participating in career fairs, school visits, and community hiring events to connect with potential candidates and represent the organization professionally.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field

Experience:

2 Years of Recruiting or HR experience preferred

Skills:

Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving, and adaptability

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
