• Monday-Thursday in office, Friday work from home

• Hours:

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Key Responsibilities
• + Support recruiting operations including job postings, requisition management, and scheduling + Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and manage calendars for recruiters and hiring managers + Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates and interview details + Assist with internship program coordination and candidate communications + Track recruiting metrics and support reporting efforts + Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling confidential information •Qualifications•+ 0-3 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or customer service + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook + Excellent attention to detail and follow-through + Bachelor's degree preferred _Click on apply now for instant consideration!
