COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
$25.00-$27.00 per hour Standard business hours (Monday-Friday) W2 employment Start date: June 1, 2026 Job Description The Recruiting Coordinator ensures a seamless and professional candidate experience by coordinating interviews, travel, and onboarding logistics. This role accelerates the hiring process by partnering closely with recruiters, management, candidates, and vendors. Success is defined by timely scheduling, accurate documentation, and proactive communication that keeps the recruitment lifecycle moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities Coordinate interviews for internal and external candidates, including virtual and onsite meetings Prepare detailed interview itineraries for candidates and hiring teams Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights and ground transportation Support MBA and Intern recruitment programs, including scheduling and communications Manage candidate workflows in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), including applicant tracking system updates, extending verbal offers, preparing offer letters, and assisting with onboarding Minimum Qualifications 4+ years of recruiting coordination, HR support, or related administrative experience Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and confidentiality Core Tools & Systems HRIS (Human Resources Information System) / Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Video conferencing platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom, WebEx) Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Online job boards and recruitment advertising platforms Travel booking platforms and vendor coordination tools Preferred Skills Experience supporting MBA and university recruiting programs Ability to manage small to mid-sized projects and recommend process improvements Strong customer service orientation with sound business judgment Legal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
