Staunton, VA - In-Office This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent hire based on performance and business needs

Your Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (applicant tracking system, job boards, social media, employee referrals) Create recruitment marketing materials by developing job postings, social media content, and other recruitment marketing materials Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks Maintain accurate candidate records and data within applicant tracking system Support the HR, hiring, and recruitment team with administrative tasks Participate in internal and external training programs to develop recruitment skills Attend and support networking events such as job fairs to build relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals

Your Qualifications:

Associate's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience 0-2 years of experience Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position. The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $23.65 to $37.68 in VA. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
