In this role, you will lead recruiting strategy and execution across warehouse, logistics, and corporate functions, while partnering closely with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines and improve hiring efficiency. What you'll do Lead full-cycle recruiting for key roles across U.S. operations. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and hiring processes. Build talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions. Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring processes and candidate experience. Support and guide recruiters or recruiting coordinators as the team grows. Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable U.S. employment laws and company policies. What you bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Recruiting leadership or team management experience preferred. Experience with high-volume recruiting; warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or operations recruiting is strongly preferred. Strong communication, sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English is strongly preferred. Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards.
