Job Description

Overview Oxford Health Group supports multiple companies in the healthcare industry (Assisted Living, Recuperative Care, Behavior Health, Home Health and Hospice). We seek an experienced In-House Recruiting Manager to organize, lead and oversee our talent acquisition efforts. The position will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting processes, working with our external recruiters, tracking/managing all openings, writing job descriptions and offer letters, leveraging company and HR systems, and ensuring compliance with employment laws in a kind, calm and professional manner. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive in-house recruiting strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates across multiple departments. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, offers through onboarding. Lead job fairs and recruitment initiatives, ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates through targeted efforts including social media marketing, and cold calling techniques. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on best practices. Quickly negotiate and provide offers to candidates maintaining positive candidate relations and helping with retention efforts. Oversee employee orientation process, employee evaluation processes, and succession planning to support ongoing talent development. Ensure Recruiting sourcing activities comply with employment law and HR legal compliance standards. Implement and utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other HR systems including Paycor to track recruitment metrics, and optimize recruitment workflows. Collaborate and Train Hiring Supervisors on sourcing, onboarding and development initiatives to enhance interviewing skills, candidate interest and retention. Manage all companies' wage analysis and wage grids for hiring and retention. Experience Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment, including high-volume recruitment campaigns. Demonstrated expertise in writing compliant job descriptions, job advertisements and offer letters. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates at all levels (front line through executive). Proficiency in Paycor or similiar talent management software Knowledge of employment law related to talent management and HR legal compliance standards across different states/regions (throughout California and Colorado) Experience managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support strategic hiring initiatives. Background in using social media marketing (recruitment) for candidate sourcing and company branding purposes. Ability to research market and salary trends, generate leads for passive candidates, and develop innovative recruiting solutions. Experience with employee orientation, employee relations, training & development programs, and succession planning. Pay:
$95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
