$75,000-$175,000+ | 100% Commission You've spent years hiring nurses, GNAs, Unit Managers, Supervisors, and other healthcare professionals. You know what happens when someone calls out at 11 PM, a schedule falls apart, or a critical position stays open. What if you could turn that experience and network into a recruiting business of your own? Handglove LLC is looking for DONs, RDONs, Administrators, Schedulers, RNs, and Regional Healthcare Leaders who want to build an independent recruiting practice using the Handglove platform.
THIS IS NOT A TRADITIONAL JOB.
You operate as an independent 1099 business partner. You build your client and candidate relationships while Handglove provides the technology, infrastructure, training, and back-office support. No recruiting experience required. You already understand healthcare staffing. You've interviewed candidates, built schedules, managed call-outs, dealt with vacancies, and made difficult hiring decisions. You know the problem. Now build a business solving it.
