Job Description

Overview The Manager of Revenue Cycle Education & Training will support the Director in designing, delivering, and improving a high-performance learning environment for UF Health's revenue cycle workforce. This role blends instructional design, competency management, and quality assurance to ensure that revenue cycle organization staff possess the knowledge, skills, and certifications required for regulatory compliance and continuous performance improvement. The Manager will directly oversee a team of training specialists and collaborate closely with IT, Revenue Cycle, Epic, and Quality departments to translate organizational needs into actionable training solutions. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in health administration, Education, a related field, or relative experience required. Experience 3 or more years of experience in healthcare training, educational program management, or workforce development, with at least 2 years of supervisory responsibility. License/Certification/Registry Epic certification in one or more revenue cycle modules is preferred. Other Qualifications Demonstrated instructional design capability (knowledge of ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, or similar models). Familiarity with Epic EHR and performance evaluation tools. Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data-driven decision making. Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and facilitation abilities.
