Supervisory Training Specialist

  • Job Summary:
    Seeking a hands-on leader to develop and oversee training programs for production employees while driving safety, quality, and process improvements throughout the manufacturing operation. This role works closely with operators, supervisors, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure consistent training and operational excellence.
  • Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain employee training programs Train, coach, and support production operators across departments Ensure training materials and work instructions remain accurate and up to date Identify and implement process improvements related to safety, quality, and productivity Coordinate cross-training and employee development initiatives Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee selection efforts Monitor adherence to production processes and procedures Provide backup production supervision when needed Collaborate with operations, quality, and engineering teams•Qualifications 1+ years of training, leadership, safety, EHS, or supervisory experience 2+ years of manufacturing experience Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Experience developing and delivering employee training Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement Ability to lead change and implement new processes•Preferred Experience Fabrication, laser, or turret manufacturing experience Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience Operations management back ground Quality systems and process engineering experience Employee development and performance coaching•Benefits & Growth Opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Leadership development opportunities High-visibility role with direct impact on operations Opportunity to shape training and continuous improvement initiatives Stable, growing manufacturing environment•Work Environment Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Frequent interaction with production employees and leadership Mix of training, coaching, process improvement, and supervisory responsibilities •Apply today if you're passionate about employee development, process improvement, and helping manufacturing teams achieve success•Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Arlington, MN.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58240.00
