  • WFH/remote or flexible daytime schedule strongly preferred (4-hour rule).
Woof by CC is a luxury, science-backed in-home pet concierge service serving Scottsdale (North/South), Paradise Valley, Arcadia, Cave Creek, Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa. We're hiring Estate Stay providers for our signature 24-hour in-home service.
WHAT AN ESTATE STAY ACTUALLY IS
This is not a check-in job.
  • Billed per 24-hour period.
  • Pets are never left alone more than 4 consecutive hours.
  • You spend the majority of the day in the client's home and provide calm, high-standard care + clear communication.
WHO THIS WORKS FOR
(important) This role is best for someone with a WFH/remote or genuinely flexible daytime schedule and comfort being the single trusted presence in a high-end home.
PAY Estate Stays:
$75 per 24-hour (1 to 2 pets), $100-120 per 24 hours (3+ pets) + tips
House Call Visits:
$20 for 30 minute visit, $24 for a 45-minute visit, $26 for 60-minute visit
Daycare:
$20 per hour Fuel reimbursement on many bookings ($3-$15 depending on distance)
REQUIREMENTS
Reliable, no last-minute callouts Fast, clear texting + strong client updates Clean, respectful in luxury homes (alarms/tech) Comfortable with anxious/high-energy pets; calm handling Must pass a background check
