Your Role:
- Provide top-quality grooming services with compassion and efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized consultations
- Tailor each groom to the pet's needs and the pet parent's preferences
- Recommend helpful service upgrades like de-shedding, teeth brushing, and nail filing
- Create thoughtful PawScription notes after each visit to support ongoing care
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a 5-star experience from start to finish
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe grooming space
Must-Haves:
- 1+ years of full-time professional grooming experience in a grooming salon setting
- Excellent grooming skills across various breeds and coat types
- Calm, patient demeanor with all pets
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for doing things the right way
- Great communication skills with clients and peers
- Solid understanding of dog behavior and safety protocols
