Pups get the best day of their week because of great counselors in the room. What Your Day Looks Like Run playgroups for big and small pups and keep the energy where it belongs Read the room and reshuffle groups before play tips Step in early, calm and confident, so nothing escalates Walk new pups through their first day so they leave wanting to come back Log behaviors, activities, and potty breaks in our digital system Keep the space smelling nice and clean that pet parents notice Catch the photo that makes someone's whole workday better You'll Fit Here If You stay calm when the floor gets loud You read dogs and people well You move before someone asks you to You want feedback, not just a paycheck Experience Professional experience handling multiple dogs preferred. Basic understanding of dog body language required. If you have the instincts and the work ethic, we will train the rest. Requirements 18 or older Stand, walk, and move for a full shift Lift 50 lbs and safely handle active dogs of all sizes Day shift availability Able to commute to Las Vegas, NV 89117 What You Get Paid training, not thrown-in-the-deep-end training Uniform allowance and employee discount for your own pup Leads who tell you exactly where you stand A real path up: lead counselor, trainer, manager.
