Part-Time Barn Staff Southlands Foundation in Rhinebeck is seeking a dependable, hardworking person to join our barn team for 24 hours per week. The schedule is eight hours per day on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Southlands is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the care of horses and the preservation of its historic property for public use. Through riding, educational, therapeutic, and community programs, Southlands brings people of all ages and abilities together with horses and nature. Responsibilities include feeding horses, cleaning stalls, managing turnout, performing general barn chores and some outdoor activities like weed wacking and fence repair. The ideal candidate will be reliable, comfortable working around horses, and able to handle the physical demands of barn work. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
