What we're looking for: Assist in behind-the-chair services such as treatments and toners, blowouts and styling Ensure salon meets company standards as it relates to cleanliness, merchandising and inventory Take initiative to stay informed and supports the execution of salon promotions, events, products and services Maintain prompt, regular attendance

Licensed:

Must have cosmetology license Strong blowdrying skills preferred Assistants will become experts in shampooing and conditioning, consultations, blowdries, and color/hair cutting services while learning and practicing how to connect with guests and fellow stylists in a focused and welcoming work environment. Assistants are expected to meet the demands of a busy day, keeping our environment clean and organized. This role reports to the salon Manager and is part time and requires availability at least 3 days a week.
