Overview We're looking for an experienced, talented Lash Artist/Beauty Specialist to join our team at Amazing Lash Studio in Hartsdale. This is a great opportunity for a beauty professional who is already confident performing lash extension and lash lift services . What You'll Do Provide high-quality lash extension services Perform lash lifts and tints Recommend services and products based on each client's needs Build strong relationships with clients and encourage rebooking Sell memberships and educate clients on membership benefits Recommend and sell retail products Perform service add-ons and additional beauty services Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation through checkout Stay current with beauty trends, techniques, and industry standards Support the team and contribute to a positive studio environment Compensation $18-$25 per hour, based on experience In addition to hourly pay, you will earn commission on: Every membership you sell Retail products you sell Services you perform The more you serve, sell, and build your clientele, the more you can earn. What We're Looking For We are specifically seeking candidates who already have hands-on experience in the beauty industry , particularly with: Required/preferred experience: Professional lash extension experience Lash lift & tint experience Strong understanding of lash safety, application, styling, and client consultation Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to confidently recommend services, memberships, and retail products Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude Bonus skills: Brow tinting Brow shaping/waxing Brow lamination Other esthetic or beauty services We are especially interested in candidates who can bring multiple beauty skills to the studio.
