WHAT IS PLANTED ACADEMY?

PLANTED Academy is our in-house paid training and certification system. Every stylist is trained to deliver a consistent PLANTED experience regardless of location. Foundation training begins with services including: Silk Press Mini Twists / Natural Styling Shampoo & Scalp-Care Rituals Blow-Dry Technique Consultation Hair & Scalp Analysis Trimming & Maintenance Client Education Product Recommendations Rebooking & Retention Sanitation & Salon Operations Service Timing & Efficiency Our current Silk Press service-time target is 130 minutes or less while maintaining quality, healthy-hair practices and the complete PLANTED client experience. We believe luxury doesn't mean keeping a guest in the salon all day. It means delivering excellent work, intentionally and efficiently.

Selected candidates receive their employment offer, compensation information, schedule expectations and PLANTED Academy placement. STEP 6 —

PAID PLANTED ACADEMY

Begin structured training, supervised practice and service certifications. STEP 7 —
