Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa of Brookfield is looking for a Licensed Esthetician to join our team. Advanced skin care services — Opportunity to perform specialized treatments including Dermalogica LuminFusion, MicroPeels, DiamondGlow, and Neveskin Products & supplies provided — Everything you need to perform your services is supplied by the spa Free ongoing education — Access to continuing education webinars and training at no cost Employee benefits & discounts — Including health and dental insurance, 401(k), paid sick time, employee discounts, and professional liability insurance discounts Locally owned & team-focused — Work alongside a supportive team that values professionalism, communication, and collaboration What You'll Do Perform customized 50-minute facials and advanced skin care treatments Provide specialized services including Dermalogica LuminFusion, MicroPeels, DiamondGlow, and Neveskin Customize treatments based on each client's individual skin care needs and goals Educate clients on skin health, treatment benefits, home care, and recommended service frequency Recommend appropriate professional products and services to support clients' skin care goals Maintain strong knowledge of spa services, treatment protocols, and the professional product line Maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional treatment environment Communicate effectively with clients, management, and team members Deliver a consistently welcoming, professional, and personalized client experience What We're Looking For Current Connecticut Esthetician license in good standing Professional liability insurance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, professional, and client-focused Passion for skin care and helping clients look and feel their best Interest in advanced skin care treatments and continuing education Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team Availability for evening and weekend shifts is required Professional appearance, manner, and discretion Why Hand & Stone Brookfield?
