Your expertise in various esthetic procedures, combined with your excellent customer service skills, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, brazilians, brow waxing/threading. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions to maximize treatment results. Uphold infection control practices and sanitation standards consistently across all services to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Engage in client communication to understand their goals, provide personalized recommendations, and foster lasting relationships that encourage repeat visits. Assist in retail sales of skincare products and esthetic tools to support clients' ongoing skincare needs. Qualifications Valid and Current state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician. Proven experience performing body waxing and facials. Experienced in using either Hard wax or Soft wax. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about procedures and aftercare. Passion for continuous learning about new techniques in aesthetic treatments and skincare innovations. Starting commission:

10-15% varying on experience. 100% of gratuities retained by the provider after processing fees.
