Competitive Compensation:

The Role:

Lead by Example As the EPL, you aren't just a service provider; you are the heartbeat of our esthetics department. You will balance your time between your own loyal clients and elevating the entire team.

Key Responsibilities:

Service & Product Expert:

Act as the go-to resource for protocols and product knowledge.

Mentorship & Growth:

Support the client journey by coaching the team on service protocols, rebooking, upgrades, and retail education.

Compliance & Standards:

Ensure our studio remains a gold standard for state board sanitation and professional excellence.

Inventory Oversight:

Partner with management to ensure our backbar and retail shelves are always ready for our "fans." Who You Are A Licensed Esthetician in NJ with at least 3 years of hands-on experience . A confident communicator who can mentor a team with warmth and clarity. A professional who thrives in a high-performance, team-oriented environment.

Availability:
