Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and laser treatments with precision and care. Specialize in advanced cosmetic procedures such as lip blush tattooing, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and permanent makeup to create customized results for clients. Ensure all tattooing and piercing procedures adhere strictly to safety regulations and sanitation standards to guarantee client safety and comfort. Maintain comprehensive medical records and client histories using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic treatments to promote ongoing skin health and satisfaction. Uphold infection control protocols and sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards to prevent cross-contamination. Stay current on industry trends, new techniques like esthetic laser treatments, makeup application, hair threading, and color theory to continually elevate service quality. Skills Proven experience in lip blush tattooing, microblading, permanent makeup, eyeliner pigment application, and other cosmetic tattooing techniques. Strong knowledge of tattooing safety regulations, sterilization procedures, and infection control practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Proficiency in esthetic treatments including body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, skin analysis, and laser procedures. Familiarity with EMR systems for managing client records efficiently. Knowledge of anatomy relevant to facial features and skin layers to ensure safe treatment delivery. Ability to educate clients on skincare products and aesthetic options confidently while promoting retail sales when appropriate.
