Start Date:

ASAP Nordic Clinic, a growing preventive health and medical aesthetics clinic in Woodinville, is looking for an experienced Washington Licensed Master Esthetician to join our team. We are specifically looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in advanced lasers and energy-based treatments who can confidently step into the role. CO₂ laser resurfacing experience is strongly preferred.

EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR CO

₂ laser resurfacing Fraxel / fractional laser treatments IPL / photofacials RF microneedling Microneedling Chemical peels Advanced facials and skin treatments Skin consultations and treatment planning Medical-grade skincare Beyond technical experience, we're looking for someone who is professional, warm, confident with clients and genuinely knowledgeable about skin — someone who can assess concerns, recommend thoughtful treatment plans and deliver exceptional results.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$45-$55/hour, based on experience Treatment commissions Retail & add-on commissions Performance-based bonuses PTO 1 week paid vacation after 12 months

SCHEDULE

Approximately 1 consistent day per week to start , with the opportunity to add additional days as demand grows. This could be an excellent fit for an established Master Esthetician who already works elsewhere and would like to add another consistent day — or for someone interested in growing into a larger role with Nordic Clinic over time. We are looking for someone with existing hands-on laser experience rather than someone who needs to be trained from the ground up.
