Job Description
Oasis MedSpa & Salon is a luxury MedSpa and Salon in Woodinville dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences and outstanding results. We're looking for a Washington State Licensed Master Esthetician who enjoys both performing advanced esthetic services and creating an exceptional client experience from the front desk. This is a true dual-role position . Your schedule will include dedicated treatment days performing esthetic services as well as regularly scheduled front desk shifts. You'll also help provide front desk coverage when needed, making you an integral part of our team. ResponsibilitiesMaster Esthetician Perform advanced esthetic treatments including: Laser Hair Removal IPL Photofacials UltraShape Body Contouring Chemical Peels Fractional Laser Resurfacing Customized Facials Body Treatments Lash Extensions Facial & Full Body Waxing Educate clients on treatment plans and home care. Recommend retail products to support treatment outcomes. Build and maintain a loyal clientele. Maintain treatment rooms and follow all safety and sanitation standards. Spa Coordinator / Front Desk Welcome clients and create an exceptional luxury guest experience. Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules. Answer phones, respond to client inquiries, and assist with booking services. Process retail and service sales. Support daily spa operations and opening/closing procedures. Provide front desk coverage during regularly scheduled reception shifts and additional shifts as business needs require. Qualifications Current Washington State Master Esthetician License Passion for delivering exceptional customer service Strong communication and sales skills Desire to build and retain a loyal clientele Comfortable working both treatment room and front desk responsibilities Ability to work evenings and at least one weekend day PCA Certified preferred Makeup experience preferred Experience with facial and body waxing (Brazilian waxing a plus) This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a team environment, and understands that creating an exceptional client experience happens both in the treatment room and at the front desk.
