Laundry Attendant Laundry Attendant Job Summary The Laundry Attendant supports daily laundry operations by processing, inspecting, and handling all hotel and resort linens. This role plays an important part in maintaining cleanliness, quality, and operational standards across the property. Essential Job Functions Assist with all stages of linen processing, including washing, drying, folding, and distribution Inspect linens and articles to determine appropriate cleaning methods Ensure finished items meet established quality and cleanliness standards Monitor laundry equipment during operation and identify potential malfunctions Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the Supervisor promptly Assist with maintaining accurate linen inventory controls Follow instructions and operational procedures consistently Work independently and productively, remaining focused and on task in a fastpaced environment Minimum Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and dependable Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Basic English comprehension preferred Valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record (insurance requirement) Ability to meet uniform standards, including slipresistant, closedtoe footwear Education & Skills High School Diploma or equivalent Friendly, cooperative, and serviceoriented attitude Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to navigate stairs throughout the shift Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs regularly The "Resort Life"
