Job Summary Nestled in the Texas Hill Country above Lake LBJ, Escondido Golf & Lake Club is one of Texas's most prestigious private clubs — home to a Tom Fazio-designed course ranked Top 10 in the state and a membership that expects nothing short of extraordinary from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. As a Golf Service Associate , you are at the center of that experience. From staging the course each morning to greeting members after their final putt, you set the tone for every round played at Escondido. If you love the outdoors, take pride in your work, and genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome — this role was made for you. What You'll Do Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and after their round Stage and maintain the cart fleet, bag room, and station amenities Ensure golf carts are clean, fully stocked, and ready for play Organize and manage member bag storage — clean, correct, and ready Set up and manage the 1st tee daily Assist Golf Professionals with starting member play Deliver on-course service to members throughout their round Operate the practice facility to standard Complete opening and closing procedures for the cart barn and practice facility Provide car wash services upon request Communicate key information across departments daily Proactively anticipate and fulfill member and guest needs What We're Looking For Genuine passion for golf and outdoor hospitality Warm, professional presence with members and guests Strong attention to detail — presentation matters here Reliable, punctual, and a true team player Ability to lift 40 lbs and stay active on your feet all day Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Able to operate golf carts safely and responsibly Available for weekends, holidays, and events What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and PTO A stunning work environment on one of Texas's Top 10 golf courses A caring, friendly, and supportive team culture where you're valued every day Consistent full-time hours in a professionally run, world-class operation Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences in a lively outdoor setting. $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
