Draper Peaks Plaza in Draper, Utah—conveniently located right off I-15 at 12300 South, next to Kohl's, Smith's, and Massage Envy. We're looking for our sixth lash artist to join our growing team. If you're ready to grow your income, build a loyal clientele, and work with a supportive team that genuinely wants you to succeed, we'd love to meet you. Here's What Your Career Can Look LikeBuild a full clientele faster. You'll receive access to our existing client base, qualified leads, new-client opportunities, mentorship, and marketing support. We'll give you opportunities to grow, but you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional experience, retaining your clients, and building a loyal book. Earn money while you grow. You'll receive up to 10 paid front-desk hours each week so you have dependable income while building your clientele. As your book grows, you can transition into spending more time behind the lash bed. Work from your own private lash room. We pay for your room, rent, leads, marketing, training, professional products, disposables, equipment, and pro-made fans. The only professional tools you'll be required to provide and maintain are your own tweezers. Wear whatever you like. There's no uniform or restrictive dress code. • 35 per hour as your clientele grows W-2 employee position Paid every Friday Up to 10 paid front-desk hours each week while building your clientele Leads, marketing, training, rent, and professional lash supplies provided Lash artists must provide their own professional tweezers Please Read Before Applying We make a significant upfront investment in every new lash artist through hands-on training, continuing education, leads, marketing, supplies, and paid front-desk hours.

Because of that investment, this position requires a genuine commitment from both sides. You must be willing to make a minimum six-month employment commitment and sign a written six-month employment agreement. Please do not apply unless you're prepared to work with us for at least six months. If you voluntarily leave before completing your six-month commitment, you may be required to repay training costs as specifically outlined in the written agreement provided before accepting the position. You must be willing to sign a non-compete covering a 25-mile radius and a client non-solicitation agreement protecting the studio's clients, leads, confidential information, and goodwill.
