Perform additional beauty treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, or esthetic laser treatments as needed. Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and proper disinfection of tools and equipment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable services or retail products, and ensure a positive experience. Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, or beauty enhancements while providing excellent customer service. Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in manicure, pedicure, gel manicures, acrylic nails, and nail extensions. Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and disinfection procedures. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their preferences. Familiarity with salon safety protocols and maintaining a hygienic workspace at all times. Ability to perform detailed nail art designs using various techniques such as airbrushing or hand-painting.
