Job Summary:

We are building a team of skilled and enthusiastic Nail Technicians to grow with our brand or to collaborate their own brand through space rental! The ideal candidate will have a passion for nail care and design, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role is crucial to maintaining our high standards and ensuring our clients leave with beautifully manicured nails and a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail trimming, cuticle care, and hand/foot massage. Apply nail polish, gel, acrylics, and other nail enhancements. Create nail art designs as requested by clients. Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and tools. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and comfort. Advise clients on proper nail care and recommend products as needed. Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products. Assist with inventory management and product orders. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

2+years experience as a Nail Technician. Relevant certification or license in Nail Technology (not required) Strong knowledge of manicure and pedicure techniques. Proficiency in nail art and design. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Friendly and professional demeanor. Experience in a high-end salon or spa environment. Familiarity with the latest nail products and techniques. Creative skills for designing custom nail art.
