Responsibilities Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Manage and train staff, including hiring, employee orientation, and ongoing development. Implement effective inventory management practices to maintain stock levels and control costs. Handle payroll, bookkeeping, and budgeting to ensure financial efficiency. Develop marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase sales. Maintain high standards of customer service and address client concerns promptly. Supervise retail sales operations, including merchandising and pricing strategies. Conduct interviews and recruit new team members as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment. Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and leadership.
