4:30 PM-3:00 AM — $19.00/hour Job Description We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sewer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating industrial sewing machines and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines to sew pillows, comforters, mattress covers, and other textile products. Assemble fabric components according to production specifications and quality standards. Inspect materials before and after sewing to ensure accuracy and product quality. Measure, trim, and align fabric pieces as required. Replace thread and needles and perform basic machine adjustments. Meet daily production quotas while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience operating sewing machines is required. Experience in textile, bedding, upholstery, or garment manufacturing is preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
