Responsibilities Assist with animal restraint, handling, and behavior management to ensure safety during examinations and procedures Support veterinary technicians with tasks such as medication administration, catheterization, and aseptic techniques Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas, kennels, surgical suites, and laboratory spaces through thorough cleaning and disinfecting Help with laboratory work including sample collection, processing, and record keeping to support diagnostic testing Provide pet care services such as feeding, bathing, grooming, and monitoring animal welfare throughout their stay Assist in surgical procedures by preparing instruments, maintaining sterile fields and recovering patients post-anesthesia. Qualifications Prior kennel experience or veterinary clinic experience is highly preferred; strong animal handling skills are essential Experience working with dogs and cats.
