Lead Veterinary Technician $30-32/hr + 5 weeks PTO + paid conference - Animal Health Center (Cannon Falls, MN) Animal Health Center is seeking an experienced, motivated Lead Veterinary Technician to join our growing, progressive practice. We are a busy, well-equipped mixed animal practice that sees dogs, cats, select large animal cases, as well as exotics and wildlife for licensed rehabilitators. We are looking for someone who not only excels clinically, but also enjoys mentoring others and helping a team thrive. What You'll Do Lead and support a team of veterinary technicians and assistants Help create and maintain efficient, organized workflows Champion low-stress handling and patient-centered care Assist with advanced diagnostics, anesthesia, dentistry, and patient care Serve as a key partner to the veterinarian in delivering excellent medicine Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture What We're Looking For Experienced veterinary technician (CVT/LVT required) Strong organizational and leadership skills Confident in anesthesia monitoring, dentistry, and patient care Passion for low-stress handling techniques Excellent communication and team-building ability Someone who leads with professionalism, accountability, and kindness Compensation & Benefits $30-32/hour, based on experience 5 weeks of paid time off annually (provided upfront, not accrued) Health, dental, and vision insurance Scrub allowance and shoe stipend Fully funded continuing education, including one veterinary conference per year (airfare, hotel, registration covered) Supportive work environment where your input truly matters Why Animal Health Center?
