Job Overview Hellertown Veterinary Center is seeking a compassionate, skilled and dependable full-time Veterinary Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed to high-quality patient care and communicates well with clients and colleagues. Responsibilities Provide compassionate care Obtain patient histories and record accurate medical information Administer medications, vaccines and treatments as directed Assist veterinarians with examinations, procedures dentistry and surgery Clean, stock and maintain treatment and surgical areas Educate clients about medications, treatments, nutrition and follow-up care Support the team with additional duties as needed Qualifications Veterinary Technician Certification preferred Previous veterinary hospital experience preferred ability to safely lift and restrain animals and stand for extended periods of time Schedule Position is full-time Pay $21-24 starting Health, Vision and Dental plan available Vacation Sick Days Holidays Simple IRA with 3% match

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
