Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability maintaining HIPAA compliance for confidentiality Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs, ensuring dietary requirements are met safely Use specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs to assist with mobility and prevent injury during transfers Observe and document changes in patient condition or behavior, communicating updates promptly to healthcare teams or family members Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces Qualifications Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing home settings, or group homes is highly preferred Knowledge of patient observation techniques and ability to recognize signs of medical emergencies such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism enhances your effectiveness in this role Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift Strong communication skills for working collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Commitment to maintaining HIPAA standards and respecting client confidentiality at all times ability to work independently is required ability to travel for work is preferred as we service Butte, Anaconda, Deer Lodge and surrounding areas Embark on a fulfilling career that combines compassion with professionalism.
