Sandwich Artist

In this role, you will be the face of our brand, crafting customized sandwiches with precision and care while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Your energy and attention to detail will help drive sales, uphold food safety standards, and deliver memorable dining experiences that keep customers coming back. Duties Prepare a variety of fresh sandwiches, salads, and other food items according to company recipes and customer preferences Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner to take orders and provide product recommendations through upselling techniques Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, food prep areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards Manage food inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with food handling procedures to ensure freshness and quality Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting overall restaurant operations during busy hours Follow all sanitation policies, safety procedures, and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments such as quick service restaurants, cafés, or grocery stores is preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Customer service experience that demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively and upsell products confidently Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in fast-paced environments such as retail or the food industry is highly desirable Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering quality food with enthusiasm!
