2779240098-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Industrial Maintenance Technician (Electronics/PLC)•1st Shift $30.00/hour+ | Day Shift | Monday-Friday Sheridan MN is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production equipment and facility operations. This is a 1st shift role (7:30 AM•4:00 PM) with consistent weekday hours and a rotating on-call schedule. This role is ideal for someone with strong electrical troubleshooting skills and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM•4:00 PM Rotating on-call weekends (minimum 2 hours paid if called in)

Pay:

$30.00/hour or higher, depending on experience Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates

What You'll Do:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic components on production equipment. Diagnose issues with PLCs, motor controls, and control circuits. Perform preventative, scheduled, and emergency maintenance. Support mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems as needed. Assist with equipment installation, modification, and movement. Identify and resolve recurring equipment issues. Maintain accurate maintenance logs. Follow all safety and compliance procedures.

What We're Looking For:

We are open to candidates from a variety of industrial maintenance environments, including manufacturing outside of print. Experience in any of the following is relevant: Electrical troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment. PLC troubleshooting or diagnostics. Reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Motor controls, relay logic, or control circuits. Mechanical systems, pneumatics, or hydraulics. 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Associate degree in Industrial Electronics or related field, or equivalent experience.
