Full-time Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Junior Embryologist to assist in the daily operations of our IVF laboratory. Under the guidance of our Senior Embryologists and Laboratory Director, you will gain hands-on experience in advanced assisted reproductive technologies. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in biological sciences who is ready to transition their academic knowledge into a rewarding clinical career. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the identification and handling of oocytes during egg retrieval procedures . Perform semen analysis and prepare sperm samples for insemination (IVF) and IUI . Set up IVF and ICSI culture dishes and prepare culture media following strict laboratory protocols . Support senior staff with embryo grading, assisted hatching, and vitrification (cryopreservation) of embryos and oocytes . Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records, ensuring data integrity and traceability using our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system (e.g., eIVF) . Participate in daily quality control checks, equipment maintenance, and environmental monitoring . Adhere to all laboratory safety, CLIA, CAP, and FDA regulations to ensure the highest standards of patient safety . Collaborate effectively with embryologists, physicians, and nurses to ensure seamless patient care .

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Reproductive Biology, Clinical Embryology, Biological Sciences, or a related field .

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in a clinical embryology or andrology lab. Recent graduates with strong lab coursework are encouraged to apply .

Skills:

Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail . Strong understanding of cell biology and aseptic technique .

Soft Skills:

Ability to work collaboratively in a team, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality .

Schedule:

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday rotations as the lab operates 365 days a year .
