Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Planning professional for a direct hire opportunity in San Fernando, CA within the manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative support experience, excellent document control skills, and the ability to manage compliance-related information with accuracy and confidentiality. This position supports a collaborative regulatory and operations environment where organization, follow-through, and communication are essential to success. Key Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain, update, and archive regulatory files and raw material documentation.
- Manage the regulatory inbox, ensuring timely responses, follow-ups, and proper communication tracking.
- Track and update religious and organic certifications for raw materials.
- Communicate with vendors to collect food safety, compliance, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with formatting, organizing, and maintaining regulatory documents, reports, and key metrics.
- Support document management, project coordination, reporting, and other administrative tasks assigned by the Regulatory Manager. Compensation and Benefits
