Job Description
Job Description The Home Health, Clinical Documentation Specialist is responsible for reviewing medical records to facilitate the accurate representation of the severity of illness by improving the quality of the physician and mid level providers clinical documentation. This involves extensive record review interaction with physicians and other applicable clinicians Health Information Management professionals and clinical staff. Active participation in team meetings and education of staff in the Clinical Documentation Integrity Program process is a key role. We are looking for someone in the KC area.
