Maintain and update EHS records, databases, and trackers. 2. Coordinate EHS training, orientations, medicals, and certification renewals. 3. Prepare and compile weekly/monthly EHS reports and meeting minutes. 4. Track safety inspections, observations, incidents, and corrective actions. 5. Manage filing, distribution, retrieval, and archiving of EHS documents. 6. Maintain document revision control and ensure only current versions are in use. 7. Coordinate EHS document submissions to clients, consultants, and subcontractors. 8. Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation. 9. Monitor and follow up on outstanding EHS documentationand compliance requirements. 10. Assist with PPE inventory, purchase requests, and general departmental administration. Requirements At least NITEC or Equivalent 2-3 years of experience in experience in EHS administration, document control, or construction projects. Familiarity with Singapore WSH documentation and compliance requirements. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational and able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment. Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, supporting EHS manager and EHS Coordinators. Positive work attitude, proactive and approachable Meticulous and attentive to details.
