The strategist will join a small, influential advanced-planning group and function as the second-in-command within the estate-planning offering. This senior individual-contributor role combines technical document analysis, direct client engagement, advisor partnership, prospect support and platform development. What You Will Own Review and interpret complete estate plans, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, amendments, powers of attorney, beneficiary provisions and related documents. Lead discussions involving sophisticated wealth-transfer, gift and estate tax, charitable, business-succession and intergenerational-planning strategies. Partner with outside attorneys, tax professionals and affiliated legal resources to coordinate strategy implementation. Meet directly with HNW and UHNW clients and participate in selected prospect conversations where advanced-planning expertise can strengthen the relationship. Help develop the firm's estate-planning processes, standards, advisor education, client materials and future service strategy. Warm, confident executive presence and the judgment to build credibility with clients, prospects, advisors and outside counsel. Strong project-management and prioritization skills within a collaborative environment. Preferred Experience eMoney experience; MoneyGuidePro, RightCapital or comparable financial-planning software is also valuable. Luminary or another estate-document analysis platform. CEPA or a comparable business-exit-planning designation. Advisor education, thought leadership, business-development support or client-seminar experience.
