Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Represent clients in court and litigate cases
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal matters
- Stay informed about current laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Admission to the state bar association
- One year of prior experience practicing as an attorney in NYS
- Strong knowledge of legal research tools, such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$75,000.00- $250,000.
