Immigration Attorney - Court & Removal Proceedings Dallas-Based Remote | $105,000-$150,000 Suday Law PLLC is seeking a bilingual Immigration Attorney (Spanish/English) with experience in removal proceedings and a passion for representing immigrants facing deportation. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants meaningful courtroom work, ownership of case strategy, and strong support from an experienced legal team. What You'll Do Communicate clearly and compassionately with Spanish- and English-speaking clients Represent clients in immigration removal proceedings Handle bond hearings, master calendar hearings, and individual merits hearings Develop case strategy and prepare clients for court Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal filings Manage your assigned docket and court deadlines Travel for court appearances when required (25% (Preferred)) What We're Looking For J.D. from an accredited law school Active attorney license to practice law in Texas (or eligible for reciprocity/admission) Fluency in both Spanish and English Immigration court or removal-defense experience preferred Proven client advocacy and courtroom presence Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating with a support team Strong client communication and organizational skills 3+ years of immigration law experience is preferred, but not required.
