Intake Specialist - Employment Law | West Hollywood, CAA fast-growing California litigation firm is seeking an Intake Specialist to join its Employment Law team. This is a client-facing role for someone who excels at building rapport, asking the right questions, and converting qualified inquiries into signed clients.

As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you'll conduct detailed intake consultations, evaluate potential employment law matters, gather key case information, and guide individuals through the firm's intake process. The ideal candidate combines strong communication and sales abilities with exceptional attention to detail and a genuine desire to help people navigate difficult workplace situations.

What You'll Do:

Conduct inbound client intake consultationsEvaluate and qualify potential employment law claimsGather and document detailed case informationFollow up with prospective clients and leadsBuild trust and confidently explain the legal processMaintain accurate records within the case management system

What We're Looking For:

Prior intake, client services, legal, sales, or consultative customer-facing experienceStrong phone presence and persuasive communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented and highly organizedSpanish fluency is a significant plus
