  • Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
  • Draft legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
  • Assist in case preparation and management for various practice areas.
  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
  • Participate in negotiations and settlements.
  • Utilize writing skills to prepare correspondence and legal documents.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support attorneys with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Attend Court Settings
  • Attend Mediations Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
  • Familiarity with law office procedures and legal administrative experience
  • Knowledge of various areas of law including family law, criminal law
  • Pay is based on relevant experience (new grads to nearly retired)
