- Draft legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
- Assist in case preparation and management for various practice areas.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
- Participate in negotiations and settlements.
- Utilize writing skills to prepare correspondence and legal documents.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
- Support attorneys with administrative tasks as needed.
- Attend Court Settings
- Attend Mediations Qualifications
- Strong foundation in legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Familiarity with law office procedures and legal administrative experience
- Knowledge of various areas of law including family law, criminal law
- Pay is based on relevant experience (new grads to nearly retired)
