Job Description

Jr Associate Attorney A well-established and growing Texas litigation firm is seeking a Jr Associate Attorney for a civil litigation defense role in its Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1-3 years of experience who wants to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in sophisticated civil defense matters while receiving mentorship from experienced litigators. Compensation will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with performance-based bonus potential.
What We Need Required:
Civil litigation experience.
Preferred:
Defense-side experience in personal injury, motor vehicle accident, premises liability, products liability, or a related area of civil defense litigation. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills. Experience drafting pleadings, written discovery, motions, and other litigation documents. Ability to manage deadlines, stay organized across multiple matters, and work effectively in a fast-paced practice. A collaborative, motivated, detail-oriented attorney interested in building a long-term civil litigation career. Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.
