- As a Senior Transactional Lawyer / Senior M&A Lawyer on our team, we are looking for: JD from an accredited law school License to practice law in TX 8+ years of M&A experience Corporate securities (private placements, etc.) experience preferred Willingness to work fully onsite in Plano to start and then move to 3-4 days onsite A bit about us:
