This is a visible, service-driven role at the center of a fast-paced litigation practice, where accuracy, responsiveness, and smart use of technology directly support successful case work. In this role, you will oversee the firm's Document Center and its staff, helping manage the full life cycle of critical legal documents. Responsibilities include retrieving and sharing documents through secure storage links, editing digital files, handling redactions and numbering, converting document formats, and producing polished, accurate print materials for hearings, depositions, and trial. What we're looking for: substantial understanding of Mac OS and iOS; basic working knowledge of wired and wireless networks; comfort troubleshooting printing issues with network printers and copiers; strong experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office; excellent attention to detail; and a professional, helpful, customer-service mindset.
Even better if you have:
