West Hollywood (In-Person) About the Role We are seeking a proactive Paralegal for an immediate opening to support our active litigation practice. While our ideal candidate has experience with litigation procedures, motivated entry-level candidates or paralegal certificate graduates looking to step into a litigation role are fully welcome to apply! We offer a supportive environment with clear expectations and room for professional development. Key Responsibilities Track and manage case calendars, court deadlines, and appearance schedules. Draft, propound, and assist with responding to discovery requests (Interrogatories, Requests for Production, Requests for Admission). Prepare, format, proofread, and e-file legal documents and pleadings in state courts. Organize trial exhibits, dep transcript summaries, and case binder materials. Communicate with courts, court reporters, opposing counsel, and clients.

Ideal Qualifications Skills:

Familiarity with litigation calendaring, propounding and responding to discovery, court formatting, and e-filing systems.

Credentials:

Paralegal Certificate (ABA-approved preferred) or meeting statutory qualification standards under California Business and Professions Code § 6450.

Entry-Level Applicants:

Recent paralegal certificate graduates with strong academic performance or internship experience are encouraged to apply—we will train candidates who possess solid foundational legal knowledge.

Tech Capabilities:

Proficiency with law practice management software, Word formatting, and e-filing portals.
